1. The Service

Reclok provides an AI-powered productivity platform that helps individuals and teams log daily tasks, receive personalised AI tool recommendations, and track efficiency improvements over time. The service is available via reclok.io and any associated applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are using Reclok on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account or joining the waitlist.
• You agree not to share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
• Use the service to send spam or engage in any form of abuse
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use the service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all task data and content you submit to Reclok. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process, analyse, and use that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not sell your data or use it for advertising. 6. AI Recommendations

Reclok's AI suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes or time savings. Recommendations are based on patterns in your task data and may not be suitable for all situations. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any AI tool recommendations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Prices are shown in USD. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. Free trial periods are offered at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, which we will notify you about in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reclok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@reclok.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on reclok.io at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
