By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Reclok is an AI-powered productivity platform that helps individuals and teams identify repetitive tasks in their daily work and recommends free and paid AI tools to automate or optimise those tasks. The Service includes daily task logging, AI-generated recommendations, weekly efficiency reports, and team analytics.

Reclok offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in a pilot or enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We may offer a free 30-day pilot for qualifying teams. The pilot provides full platform access at no cost. Upon pilot expiry, access will be downgraded to a free tier or terminated unless a paid subscription is activated. No credit card is required to start a pilot.
The Service, including its design, algorithms, content, and branding, is owned by Reclok and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all task data, notes, and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Reclok a limited licence to process and analyse that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Reclok recommends third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Make.com, and others). We are not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable for any third-party tools, their availability, pricing, or performance. Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will achieve specific productivity results. Individual results will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reclok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
