• Name and email address (when joining the waitlist or creating an account)
• Company or organisation name
• Job role and team size
• Task logs, descriptions, and notes you enter into the platform
• Feedback and communications you send us

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent on the Service
• IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
• Referral source (how you found Reclok)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Reclok Service
• Analyse your task logs to generate personalised AI tool recommendations
• Generate weekly efficiency reports for you and (if applicable) your team manager
• Send you product updates, waitlist confirmations, and support communications
• Respond to your questions and support requests

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service

We will never use your personal data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it outside your organisation without your explicit consent.

3. Data Sharing

• Within your organisation: Team-level data (aggregate scores, tool adoption trends) may be visible to designated managers within your organisation, as configured during setup.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform (such as hosting providers and email tools). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only process your data as instructed.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred as part of business assets, with notice to you.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Task log data is retained for a maximum of 3 years unless you request deletion earlier. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for processing is primarily your consent (for waitlist signup and communications) and legitimate interests (for operating and improving the Service). For users in India, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
